Hello! I’m Allison -

a dietitian, mum of two busy little boys, and lover of all things outdoors.

Toddlers are such a joy, aren’t they? Just when you think you’ve figured them out, they switch things up and keep you guessing. It’s the same with food – but you already know that!

I’ve had plenty of those moments: meals I was sure my boys would devour, only to be met with turned-up noses (even if they loved it last week!). The silver lining?

As a an qualified dietitian with a Master of Dietetics, I’m so lucky to have evidence-based tools at my fingertips – and I believe every parent should have access to the same strategies that actually work.

That’s why I help parents of picky-eating toddlers create calm, joyful mealtimes – without bribes, pressure, or stress.

I’ll help you feel confident in guiding your child to explore and enjoy more foods, with approaches that build trust, connection, and a positive relationship with food that lasts."

Our Why…

I kept hearing the same stories:

“He used to eat everything — now he refuses even his favourite foods.”
“I’ve tried everything. Nothing works.”

And the worst part? When they finally reached out for help, many were dismissed with generic advice like, “It’s just a phase,” or “Just keep offering food.”

What no one was saying — and what I’ve come to believe deeply — is that picky eating is completely normal, but that doesn’t mean parents have to just wait it out and hope for the best.

There’s so much we can do to support our toddlers during this phase — and so much that can be done to bring back confidence, calm, and connection at mealtimes.

I knew there had to be a better way to support parents - One that’s free from guilt, pressure, and power struggles — and actually helps kids learn to eat a wider variety of foods without serving five different meals at dinner.

That’s when I decided to dedicate my work to helping parents of picky eaters create peaceful, joyful mealtimes and raise confident, competent eaters — without the stress.

Instead of focusing on bribes, rewards, or force-feeding, I help parents take the pressure off, enjoy cooking again, and feel proud of the way they feed their family.

Now, I guide parents through the ups and downs of picky eating with evidence-based tools, gentle strategies, and a whole lot of emotional support — helping them raise kids who have a positive, pressure-free relationship with food that lasts a lifetime.

Because every parent deserves to feel calm, confident, and supported at the table — and every child deserves the freedom and joy to explore food in their own time, in their own way.
