My role is to gently walk alongside you — helping to lighten the load as you prepare for motherhood, recover from birth, and begin the feeding journey with your little ones.

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian, but I do things a little differently… Because sometimes it’s not just about knowing what to do — it’s about having the support, nourishment, and practical help to actually do it.

That’s why I bring together nutrition, hands-on support, and gentle guidance — so you feel cared for, not just advised.

I’m also a mum to three young children, and I’ve felt the weight that can come with this season — the mental load, the constant giving, the desire to do it all well while often feeling stretched thin.
